Celebrate Summer!
Summer is the season I most look forward to:
beach days with a good read, ginger-peach iced tea on the front porch,
oh, and it happens to kick off with my birthday!
This year, its a big one: 6-0!!
How did that happen? Fast getting here is all I know!
It'll be an intimate dinner with great friends and good food to celebrate.
My favorite gluten-free strawberry shortcake is waiting in the fridge
(okay, I snuck a pre-birthday slice already) and a bottle of bubbly is chilling to toast to all that has happened and all of what's yet to come in this life!
I need no presents at this point in my life,
but I am passing on a small gift to my readers,
with a $6 off for 6 days to celebrate my 60th!
